Heated Vinyasa at Orchard Roots Yoga in Port Orchard, WA

This class is a mindful practice of breath and movement. We “meet” the body and explore its possibilities through lengthening and strengthening. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, this style uses the rhythm of breath to facilitate transitions between poses. Everyone is welcome, though these classes are best suited for students with a comfortable foundation and who are looking for a more intense physical experience and Level 2 classes offer options to build to more advanced asana.

Somatic Power Flow at Orchard Roots Yoga

This energy balancing class will start with 45 minutes of dynamic flow, infused with elements of Power Vinyasa and tribal/primal movements and guided by beat-driven music. Our playful, heat building flow will be followed by 15 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra meditation.

Private Yoga

Not ready for a studio class or want to work on a specific goal? I’m happy to work with you privately to grow in your physical and energetic practice. Areas I specialize in are trauma-conscious yoga, subtle body energetics & emotional release, inversions, yoga philosophy, and Ayurvedic nutrition and wellness.

Individual Sessions are 45 minutes and can be held virtually or in person, depending on preference and location. Your 15 minute initial consultation is free and subsequent sessions are priced at $90.

Group Sessions are 45-90 minutes and can be held virtually or in person, depending on preference and location. Your 15 minute initial consultation is free and my group rates are $60 per hour, per participant, for up to 10 people, $55 per hour per participant for groups of 11+.
